We are based in Australia and we ship worldwide. Some countries may take a little longer for delivery and custom clearances so please contact us if you have any questions.

Customs or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customers should be aware of the customs and clearance fees and charges of their home country. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, we have no control over these charges, and we cannot confirm what the cost would be. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to avoid any unforeseen charges.

PRODUCTION TIMES

Production times vary depending on the design and whether the item is in stock and ready to ship or made to order.

“Ready to ship” itemsWill ship in 5-7 business days.
“Made to order” itemsTimeframes vary. Please refer to the production items specified in each listing.
Bespoke designsAt least 6-12 weeks.

Production for made to order and bespoke designs can be expedited for a fee.

GIFT CARDS

Your physical or e-gift card will arrive with a code. Please enter the gift card code at checkout and hit apply.

Codes can only be used for one transaction.

Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please choose your pieces carefully as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind due to the delicate nature of each item. Great care is taken to ensure that all items listed are described and photographed as accurately as possible to show the intricate details and colours of each piece. Please ensure you read the listing properly, noting dimensions and colours. If you arent sure whether a piece will match your gown or hairstyle, please get in touch with any styling or general questions and we will happily assist.

Due to the nature of custom orders, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges on custom requests.

We have a fierce attention to detail and quality check every item multiple times before shipment. We take great pride in our work and we want you to love your piece as much as we loved creating it. We take every precaution to ensure our pieces are packaged safely and shipped via a registered and trackable shipping service. But we also understand sometimes we get things wrong. We are governed by Australian Consumer Law and will happily repair or replace an item that arrives damaged.
