Please send us photos of your wedding dress and we’d love to offer advice and recommendations on whether this veil will suit your look. If not, we can also suggest other veils from our collection which might be more suitable.
Can the Rosana veil be lengthened or shortened to suit my dress?
Most definitely. We can customise this veil to suit your dress, height and train length.
Can you add a blusher layer to this veil?
We can add a blush layer for an additional fee. Please contact us with photos of your dress and we can discuss details.
Can you customise the colour, flowers and/or beading to match my dress?
We love to customise our designs to better suit your wedding dress. Variations to flower shapes and different flower sizes will impact the flow and look of the design so we’d be happy to offer suggestions on how this can be achieved. Please email us photos of your dress (including clear close up photos of any embellishments) and we can discuss how to best customise the Rosana veil to suit your wedding dress and bridal hairstyle. We will get back to you with recommendations, production timeframes and a quote.
Will it arrive gift boxed?
Your Rosana veil will arrive beautifully packaged in our signature gift packaging, including veil hanger and care instructions for safe keeping.
Can I request a rush order?
Absolutely. Send us an email with your urgent wedding date and we’ll get back to you with confirmation ASAP.
I’m not sure if the colour will suit my dress
Please send us a link to your wedding dress and we’d love to send you a recommendation. If your dress isn’t available online, you’re welcome to email us photos of your dress taken in natural light. We’re always happy to send fabric swatches.
Can I request a sample?
Absolutely, we’d love to send you a fabric swatch free of charge. Send us an email with your wedding date and postal address and we can ship a sample of the tulle out to you. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery via standard post for international addresses.
What happens after I submit my order?
Once you submit your order, we’ll be in touch to discuss processing/production and delivery timeframes for the items you ordered. We’ll also check your wedding date and answer any styling or product questions you may have. If you have ordered a veil with a blusher, we’ll ask you for your height measurement and an idea of where you’ll be positioning the comb in your hair to ensure we cut your blusher to a flattering length. Please note: some styles from the collection are ‘ready to ship’ and others are ‘made to order’ so please check timeframes in each listing. If your wedding date is fast approaching, do let us know and we’ll see what we can do for you.
